Paint and Wallpaper Selection
The most cost effective solution for transformation. Time and time again we return to our amazing cache of color favorites. We make color selection fun and creation of show stopping feature walls easy. Don’t you dare forget the ceiling.
Custom Drapery
The ultimate way to add polish to your completed project! Custom drapery adds warmth, texture and privacy to your space. We’ll take care of the entire process start to finish.
Styling & Space Planning
With only a few photos we can provide a mood board, space plan and preliminary high/low purchasing budget. We love making spaces feel cohesive and personal.
Furniture Sourcing and Upholstery Service
Clover expands your purchasing options with access to ‘trade only’ brands and designer discounts. We can also coordinate the re-upholstery process for your cherished favorites.
Clover Tiered Rate Billing
Reserved for larger renovations and new builds. Clover operates on a tiered rate system that follows the natural flow of a project.
Principal Rate $150/hr — This rate is reserved for the beginning of a project when Clover is generating ideas on how the space will look. Once we solidify our design plans and hand off to the contractor we move to our second tier.
Project Management Rate: $95/hour — An execution phase rate, this covers continued work required for quality checks on site and collaboration with trades and contractors to ensure the design is executed according to specifications.
Admin Rate: $65/hour - Design functions such as coordination of materials, billing and contracts.
Clover also splits our designer discounts with you. Trade only discounts are 10-25% off retail and often result in us paying for our own fees! Lucky!
